Terms of Service
Effective April 25, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of AppCat.ai ("AppCat", the "Service"), a mobile attribution, deep linking, and server-side event measurement product. By using AppCat, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts and Authority
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. If you use AppCat on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms. You are responsible for activity under your account.
The Service
AppCat provides tools for hosted deep links, landing pages, mobile SDK signal collection, attribution matching, event routing, Conversions API delivery, dashboards, and related integrations. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service as needed to improve, secure, or operate AppCat.
Customer Data
You retain ownership of app, event, campaign, customer, and end user data that you submit to AppCat ("Customer Data"). You grant us the rights needed to process Customer Data to provide, secure, support, and improve AppCat. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, notices, and consents related to Customer Data.
Compliance Responsibilities
You must use AppCat in compliance with applicable laws, platform policies, app store rules, advertising network terms, privacy laws, and your own user-facing policies. You are responsible for configuring data collection, consent, attribution windows, and event forwarding appropriately for your app and jurisdictions.
Acceptable Use
You may not use AppCat to:
- violate law, third-party rights, platform rules, or advertising network terms;
- send sensitive personal information unless your agreement with us permits it;
- interfere with, reverse engineer, overload, or abuse the Service;
- submit malware, fraudulent events, deceptive attribution data, or unlawful content;
- attempt to access another customer's data or systems without authorization.
Billing, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Paid plans are billed according to the plan, usage limits, and terms shown at purchase or in an order form. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated in writing. You must cancel before renewal to avoid the next billing cycle. After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the current paid term unless the account is suspended or terminated under these Terms.
Third-Party Services
AppCat integrates with third-party services such as ad platforms, app stores, cloud infrastructure, analytics tools, email providers, and payment processors. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Intellectual Property
We and our licensors own AppCat, including software, designs, workflows, documentation, trademarks, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer ownership of AppCat to you. You may use AppCat only as allowed by these Terms and your plan.
Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party must protect confidential information using reasonable care and use it only for the purpose of performing under these Terms, except where disclosure is required by law.
Beta Features
We may offer alpha, beta, preview, or experimental features. These features may be incomplete, change without notice, and are provided as-is.
Disclaimers
AppCat is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific attribution results, ad platform acceptance, revenue outcomes, or compatibility with every third-party system.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to AppCat will not exceed the amounts you paid for AppCat during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay fees, or misuse the Service. You may stop using AppCat or cancel your subscription at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service, by email, or by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of AppCat after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
